How do I get started?
After logging in, you can join a space from the lobby.
Which browser is recommended? Can I use Safari?
Chrome is the recommended browser. Safari is not recommended because we cannot guarantee mosaic processing for video; you will join with audio only on Safari.
I can't sign in or sign up with Google (403: disallowed_useragent).
Due to Google's policy, Google authentication may be blocked in in-app browsers (embedded browsers). If you opened this site inside apps such as LINE, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook/Messenger, or LinkedIn, please open it in an external browser (Chrome) and try again.
My camera or microphone doesn't work.
Check your browser permissions and reload the page if necessary.
The connection is unstable.
Please review your network environment and stop other heavy network usage.
How can I cancel a paid plan?
You can cancel from the subscription page.
Are refunds available?
We do not provide prorated refunds as a general rule.
How can I contact support?

How much do others see or hear?
Video is low-res + mosaic, audio is processed to presence only.
Is usage counted when I'm alone in a space?
Usage time is counted only when there are at least two participants in the space.
Additional Usage Time
- Purchased bonus minutes carry over into the next month.
- Monthly subscription minutes are used first, then top-up bonus minutes.
