About after-sales service center

WEGO New Energy Technology after-sales service center is committed to providing high-quality after-sales service for the national new energy battery customers. The pursuit of customer satisfaction is our consistent goal, in accordance with finding out problems at first thing and solving the problems immediately. We have a very skillful and experienced after-sale team of engineers, technical support, spare parts management, remote monitoring center, regional management function, standardize the procedures of the company after-sales service, clear job responsibilities, standardize business processes and improve service levels in order to provide customers with 7 x24 hours all-weather service.


After-sales service model

We adopt the after-sales service mode of prevention first and maintenance second. Combined with real-time monitoring of product operation information, active tracking of network services, regular inspection and on-site emergency treatment, the product operation safety and fault treatment are effectively guaranteed.


Spare parts service

We are ready to provide you with spare parts for battery products. By choosing fast and professional logistics transportation, spare parts can be delivered to all after-sales outlets accurately and quickly to the greatest extent for solving customer problems.


Service content

After-sales service includes fault diagnosis, fault maintenance, regular inspection and technical training.

Breakdown maintenance

In addition to the product damage caused by irresistible events (lightning strike, power accident, fire, flood, earthquake, etc.) or improper handling and operation by users, if the product fails to operate under normal conditions and environment during the free warranty period, we will carry out free maintenance for the product problems caused by quality or material defects.


Technical training

In the implementation of the project, on-site training is provided for users on the installation, use, charging and discharging parameters setting of the battery packs.


Service commitment

The after-sales service center always adheres to the principle of quality-oriented and credibility-oriented. Excellent product quality and perfect after-sales service are the basis for us to win customer trust. During the free warranty period, our company is responsible for the free maintenance of the battery system provided by customers. In accordance with the specifications for operation and use, if the quality of the product itself is in question, the company will repair and replace the product free of charge (after confirmation by the professional staff of both manufacturers, both determine the product problem. After analysis of the responsibility, if it is the problem of the battery, company will provide free maintenance or replacement of the same product). During the warranty period, the company will periodically review the product's usage and keep the first-hand operation information in communication with customers at any time, conduct regular door-to-door inspection, and actively train and guide users to use maintenance knowledge. The company has an after-sales service department, which is responsible for each customer's information. In the early stage of product use, we send people to provide service guidance explaining the use function and maintenance rules of the training products.  We ensure that customers are visited regularly in different forms during the use. After receiving the customer's request information about after-sales service (telephone or fax), we will answer and solve the request immediately. In case of complicated technical problems, the answer will be given within two hours. If the problem is too serious to be solved in a short time, make a written plan and specify the time to solve it with customer’s agreement. The company provides compensatory maintenance services for products damaged and affected by external accident or improper use by customers by charging the lowest cost of maintenance or replacement, and we ensure to solve the problem immediately. The after-sales service center has a special service hotline, which can solve customer’s problem all-day. We believe that there are no critical customers, only imperfect products.
